BlueWave Capital was founded in 2003, along with its affiliated consulting firm, BlueWave Strategies LLC. BlueWave Strategies was sold in 2010 to TRC Companies Inc. (NYSE: TRR), a national environmental consulting and engineering firm. BlueWave Capital remains a separately owned and managed entity, but works closely with TRC to leverage their national network of professionals for project engineering, construction, bonding and advisory services.
